I have 15 years of experience in the kitchen. I worked in Spain, Ireland, Italy, Denmark. My experience was formed by working but I give my best when I go to the market and create dishes based on the fresh things I find, so I improvise improvised dishes that are still based on the Mediterranean style. I spent the last 13 years in Copenhagen where I learned another way of conceiving the menu.
